The Electrical Technician Certificate equips students with foundational skills in electrical theory, installation, and maintenance. The program focuses on wiring, circuitry, safety procedures, and troubleshooting electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. With hands-on training and real-world applications, students gain the technical expertise needed for entry-level positions as electricians or electrical maintenance technicians. Graduates are well-prepared to pursue careers in various industries or continue their education in more advanced electrical or engineering programs. Applicants interested in this credential should apply for the Industrial Systems Technology, AAS program.
