It was a combination of good and bad for Lenoir Community College’s volleyball team Saturday. The Lancers defeated USC-Sumter 25-19, 25-23, 25-15 before falling to Bryant and Stratton 16-25, 25-23, 11-25, 12-25 Saturday in a Tri-Match. LCC is now 6-4 on the season heading into a three-game week.

Eight local high schools will compete at the second annual Lenoir Community College high school volleyball tournament in memory of Jessica Ramsey. Games will start at 9 a.m. August 14 on the Coach Bobby Dawson Court in the LCC Student Center.
