Culinary Arts Diploma

The Culinary Arts Diploma prepares students for entry-level positions in the culinary industry through hands-on training and coursework. The program covers essential culinary skills, including cooking techniques, food safety, nutrition, menu planning, and kitchen management. Students gain experience in various cuisines and food preparation methods, often working in on-campus kitchens or culinary labs.

Graduates are equipped with the practical skills and industry knowledge needed for careers as line cooks, pastry assistants, or prep chefs, or they may choose to continue their culinary education for advanced positions. Applicants interested in this credential should apply to the Culinary Arts, AAS program.
